This quick coupler was developed and manufactured by Wühlbox.
CNC machined aluminum housing, sandblasted and anodized for a clean look and corrosion resistance.
The locking slide is made of brass and is moved by the geared motor using a spindle.
The Electric Quick version has 4 pins that can be used for functional attachments.
The quick coupler requires a "RC - DC controller 4A with automatic switch-off item no. 25870" for the closing motor. This switches off the motor as soon as the current consumption increases at the end stop. This protects the mechanics and allows you to enjoy it for longer.
To control the attachments, another 2 “RC - DC controller 4A with automatic switch-off item no. 25870” are recommended!
A 0.9mm hex screwdriver is required to secure the bolts: Item no. 31340A

Funktioniert einwandfrei
funktioniert super und macht gleich viel mehr spaß. Kann ich empfehlen, lohnt sich, keine Probleme mit der Qualität.
Etwas anspruchsvoll als Bausatz aber machbar
Ich habe den Bausatz gewählt weil der fertige Wechsler nicht verfügbar war. Der Aufbau und das Verlöten ging mit etwas Geschick gut.
Ich hatte das Problem, dass sich der Verriegelungsbolzen immer wieder festgefahren hat. Allerdings glaube ich da jetzt die Lösung gefunden zu haben: Obwohl der Strommessregler abschaltet, vermute ich dass der Bolzen beim Baggern immer wieder etwas nachsetzt. Deshalb schalte ich jetzt die Bewegung des Bolzens ab (Schalter mit 3 Schaltstellungen statt 2) - obwohl das der Regler ja schon getan ha.
Seitdem funktioniert es bisher.
Ein feines Stück Technik ist der Werkzeugwechsler.
