Notice regarding the EU Customs Fee
For shipments from Switzerland to the European Union with a total value of up to €150.00, an EU customs fee of €3.00 per goods category (customs tariff item) applies from 1 July 2026.
To keep the process as simple and transparent as possible, we charge a flat fee of only €3.00 per order, regardless of the number of goods categories included in the shipment. Any additional customs fee that may be legally due will be covered by us.
This flat fee only covers the above-mentioned EU customs fee. Any import VAT, customs clearance charges, handling fees or carrier service fees are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Council Regulation (EU) 2026/382 of 11 February 2026, Article 2
From 1 July 2026 until 1 July 2028, instead of the exemption abolished by Article 1 of this Regulation, a customs duty of EUR 3 per item in a consignment whose intrinsic value does not exceed EUR 150 shall apply, provided that:
- the importation of the goods is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 143(1)(ca) of Council Directive 2006/112/EC; or
- the goods are contained in a postal consignment within the meaning of Article 1(24) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.
