Vehicle Structure and Design

1. The body is made of CNC-machined aluminum alloy, giving it a metallic texture and a highly realistic reproduction of the real vehicle’s details.

2. The vehicle body is designed after the real Unimog and can be flipped forward as a whole. A rope limiter prevents overextension and facilitates maintenance.

3. The body features a hidden front latch and a spring suspension damping system that provides front-end shock absorption and reduces torsion impact on the body.

4. The hood opens widely and is supported by simulated hydraulic struts for convenient battery replacement and maintenance.

5. Both driver’s doors can be opened. The hinges are CNC-machined from stainless steel, offering durability and realism.

6. The interior is fully enclosed, made of ABS molding with a sand-textured finish.

7. The seat backrest is adjustable to accommodate realistic model figures of various sizes.

8. The steering wheel rotates and is connected via a shaft design, leaving room for later modification.

9. The instrument panel features backlighting, and translucent gauge stickers make the display more realistic.

10. The windshield and windows are embedded with rubber strips; the glass panels are tinted green, polished, and mirror-treated, giving high transparency and a premium look.

Frame and Suspension

11. The chassis adopts a torsion-resistant frame structure derived from real vehicles, made of stainless steel 304. It is stamped and formed in one piece, providing excellent rigidity and off-road capability under heavy load.

12. The matte black chassis finish gives a refined appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.

13. The drive motor uses FOC technology, offering high efficiency, low heat generation, extended battery life, high torque, smooth low-speed operation, and near-silent performance.

14. The gearbox features three gears:

• 1st gear ratio: 1/20.3

• 2nd gear ratio: 1/10.2

• 3rd gear ratio: 1/7.3
  Internal gears use a 10° helical design, providing smoother operation and higher load capacity.

15. The gearbox integrates a shifting function and a central differential lock. It supports switching between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive via remote control.

16. The drive shafts use a torque sleeve technology with rubber boots to protect the transmission system.

17. The front and rear solid axles use coil springs as suspension elements, combined with CNC-machined lateral rods for a simple, reliable structure that allows free axle movement and consistent tire contact.

18. The suspension also uses hydraulic shock absorbers with a built-in one-way valve piston and rubber bushings at both ends, improving stability.

19. The axles feature a portal reduction gear design for higher torque and greater ground clearance. A differential lock enhances off-road performance.

20. The tires are made from molded natural rubber with detailed block tread patterns and deep grooves, providing excellent traction on both paved and off-road surfaces.

Cargo Bed and Superstructure

21. The cargo bed is welded from stainless steel etched sheet metal with a secondary frame structure. Rubber mounts between the frame and body reduce torsional impact.

22. The cargo bed uses a modular installation design and can be quickly removed using screws. Electrical connections use magnetic quick connectors for easy swapping of different loading modules.

23. All three cargo doors can fold down; the rear door has a boarding ladder. The door chains are CNC-machined from stainless steel, improving durability.

24. The vehicle is equipped with an EL-007 integrated light and sound module, featuring 35 LED lamps, rotating beacons, a high-decibel speaker, engine sounds, and multiple lighting modes — enhancing realism and fun.

25. Each vehicle comes with a unique nameplate and serial number.
