APK 30 Bar hydraulic conversion kit Huina 580

This hydraulic conversion kit was first developed and manufactured in 2018 by Aksorn Prongakas, founder of APK RC Hydraulik Thailand.

The technology has always been further developed and optimized. With the exception of a few purchased parts, everything is manufactured and assembled in-house by APK. Even the hydraulic valves are in-house developments and can be controlled as smooth as silk. The control commands on the transmitter are implemented very precisely and precisely, even with slow movements.

All joints on the boom and on the cylinders are mounted absolutely free of wobbeling and can be precisely controlled.

The conversion kit is pre-assembled in two assemblies, as can be seen in the pictures. The undercarriage and the hood still have to be processed with the Dremel so that the assembly can be screwed cleanly.

A slewing ring with ball bearings can optionally be installed, which is highly recommended. The rotary movement is implemented with a powerful servo. The backlash of the servo pinion on the turntable can be adjusted backlash-free.

The model can be operated with the original battery. Depending on the setting of the pump mix, it can run for up to 30 minutes. The power consumption is very low, as the hydraulics develop more power even at half speed than anything that is currently available in the "less than 2000.-Euro" price range.

What else do you need to have fun:
- A new or old Huina 580 V1-V4
- An RC remote control with at least 8 channels
- Optionally the ball bearing mounted slewing ring (Article No. 31283)
- Hydraulic oil  (HLP ISO 22 oder 46)
